The MAS have been brilliant. Every time I have need to call everyone who has answered the phone has been kind and helpful. [name removed] has been my mum's nurse, she has listened so carefully to my mum and my concerns/worries and reacted promptly. I have appreciated her help so much and my mum has felt that she can trust and talk to her. Thank you, [name removed].

Everyone I have had my appointments with have been amazing, they have explained everything well and made sure I felt comfortable with doing anything. They were all very polite and caring, I felt really safe in their care.

At all times I felt at ease, I was introduced to all staff so nobody felt like a stranger. Always answered my ridiculous questions with humour and knowledge.

This is an extremely cost effective and pleasantly seen NHS service. Value for money. Timely and efficient use of resources. Neither as a patient does it waste my time. Safe to say it is customer focused.
